Explore how psoriatic arthritis can affect everyday life and learn more through the iPROLEPSIS Learning Hub
On 29 October, World Psoriasis Day, iPROLEPSIS is highlighting how psoriatic arthritis can affect everyday life beyond joint symptoms.
For some people with psoriasis, the condition affects more than the skin. Up to 30% of people with psoriasis may develop psoriatic arthritis, a form of inflammatory arthritis that can cause joint pain, swelling, stiffness and fatigue.
The new iPROLEPSIS World Psoriasis Day video briefly highlights several areas that can be affected by psoriatic arthritis, including sleep and fatigue, emotional wellbeing, work and social activities.
These topics, together with information on symptoms, treatment options and day-to-day management, are explored further in the iPROLEPSIS Learning Hub.
